We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier which typically arrives 5-7 business days after receiving tracking number, depending on State.
Standard Shipping – FREE for orders over $100
$10 flat rate for anything under $100
Customers usually receive items within 7 business days of placing the order when selecting this shipping method.
Express Shipping – $30 flat rate
Orders placed with express shipping are guaranteed to be shipped out by the very next day.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Benn It Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your purchase was delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, please reach out to USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any stolen packages must be reported to USPS and a claim is opened for investigation.
Returned Packages: If for any reason a package is returned to our facilities, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to reship the items.
